Aaron Kent
Franchisee and President
Mr. Kent's company, Dale Carnegie Training of Southern Los Angeles ("DC of SoLA"), helps thousands of employees and hundreds of businesses stimulate "engagement" in the workplace. With a diverse client base spanning from Fortune 500 companies, such as Northrop Grumman Corporation, Raytheon Company, and The Boeing Company, to local favorites such as InNOut Burger, to working with U.S. Military Veterans to transition back into civilian life, Mr. Kent and his team pride themselves on leveraging proven principles and methodologies to fit a wide variety of business needs. In all cases, Mr. Kent and his team improve the performance of the organization they serve by improving the performance of the organization's people. Mr. Kent began his career in the learning and development industry as a Performance Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training in Southern California . In 2004, he became the Senior Vice President of the organization. In 2005, Mr. Kent joined Dale Carnegie of Ohio and Indiana where he operated the Columbus and Cleveland franchises for several years. Most recently, in early 2008, Mr. Kent returned to Southern California and became the Franchisee and President of DC of SoLA. In his year tenure with Carnegie, Mr. Kent has been a twelve time Award Winner at Dale Carnegie Global Conventions. He has been recognized for exemplary performance in a number of competencies including franchise leadership, sales management, personal sales production, product innovation, and instruction. Prior to his tenure in learning and development, Mr. Kent invested extensive time in the "dot com", software, and high tech manufacturing industries with his roles pertaining to marketing, sales, and product development. Mr. Kent graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lidner Business College at the University of Cincinnati.

Lew McCullough
Executive Vice President
Lew McCullough has worked with Dale Carnegie Training of Southern Los Angeles for over 14 years. He enjoys his work because Dale Carnegie conducts public as well as in-house customized training for organizations in the areas of presentation effectiveness, public speaking, sales skills, and management. He works with over 250 companies in the Southern California area on leadership development, customer relations training, and executive development. Lew lives in the city of Cerritos with his wife and daughter.

Dave Stachowiak
Senior Vice President, Instructor, and Leadership Coach
Since joining Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles in 2004, Dave has served many successful organizations in the area, including the Northrop Grumman Corporation, The Boeing Company, ExxonMobil, and American Honda. He has a management background in the education industry and a passion for helping individuals be more effective in the workplace. Dave's clients have rated him as one of the top twenty Dale Carnegie instructors in the world. Dave believes that the Dale Carnegie principles are more important today than ever. He says, "We're all trying to keep up with amazing advances in technology and information in the past decade. Yet, it is the strong connections with our colleagues and customers that will ultimately drive our success and the success of our organizations. It all about relationships." Dave holds a masters degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University and is currently a doctoral student in organizational leadership at Pepperdine University. He is a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, the International Coach Federation, and serves as a business advisor to the Students in Free Enterprise chapter at Vanguard University. He is also a graduate of Coach U and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Nancy Santarelli
Vice President and Instructor
Prior to joining Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles in 2004, Mrs. Santarelli-Gennaro had a successful, 20-year career with Delta Air Lines. She specialized in customer relations, and served as an in-flight manager for 13 years managing the overall performance of numerous flight-attendant employee groups. In 2000 she was promoted to learning manager where she was responsible for the leadership development of management teams. This included design of assessment tools, leadership development plans and the facilitation of motivational workshops. She implemented many recognition events for employees who had achieved high performance. In 2004, her passion to motivate and influence people led her to the Dale Carnegie Organization. She has been directly involved with training and performance improvement for the past ten years. Nancy provides bottom-line solutions for businesses in the Southern Los Angeles area. She specializes in aerospace and has serviced and grown the Boeing account for nearly six years. Her client experience with the Boeing company includes over 550 graduates from directors, senior managers, managers, project managers, engineers, business analysts, business development, human resource professionals, procurement agents, administrative professionals as well as interns. She has focuses on the competencies of Leadership Development, Presentation Effectiveness, Process Improvement, Customer Service, Team Member Engagement, and Sales Effectiveness.
